Disney Princess Animator Aurora Doll - Disney store

Ordered this item online and it arrived completely destroyed. Why Target packaged this item in a bag instead of a box I'll never know, but the delivery people should have treated it better regardless.

Doll showed up completely messy the hair was destroyed and so was the box and it’s a gift I was going to give. Will be returning!

The dolls hair looks like a mess. The left side looks tangled and the bangs are messed up. From the reviews , this does not seem like an isolated incident. Now I’ve got to order another one and hope she looks proper.

I wanted to give this as a gift to my daughter. The first one I purchased came with the box ripped and the seams on the dress coming apart. I ordered a replacement and the hair on that one was a complete mess. Not to mention that the doll was shipped in a box way to large that arrived smashed. And the exchange process is a pain. Target won't ship I replacement until they receive the return, so I had to place a new order to make sure I get the gift before it sells out. I am now ordering a 3rd and hoping that one is decent. Overall horrible product control, horrible packaging for shipping, and horrible exchange policy.

This was a gift to my adult daughter. Aurora was always her favorite Disney Princess growing up. My daughter loved the doll and has it sitting out with her other Aurora collectibles.

I was sent an opened box. The doll appears to be put back in box and her is messed up.

My daughter was on my phone and she really wanted this doll so when we were going to do a pickup order and then I had salt, popsicles, tea, samples, lotion, shampoo, and this doll. We didn’t need this for anything anyway this is a super cute doll and I wish I would order this even though we don’t need it!

Beautiful face and clothes but as soon as I unboxed, her hair was a disaster, and the bangs are like hair sprayed out of place. Wouldn't buy it again, disappointed Aurora is my favorite princess.

My daughters collect these animator dolls.I think she is beautiful.She has a angelic face with big eyes.Just a nice doll to add to their collection.

Very cute doll, but the bang was messed up and there was a stain on the right side of her face upon delivery
