Description
The DOD Bifet Boost 410 (2014 version) has the tone and volume to boost solos into orbit. This DOD Bifet Boost 410 now comes with a selectable Buffer On/Off toggle switch, giving the flexibility to be used anywhere in FX chain. Use it first in the chain with the buffer off so that the buffer won't affect fuzz pedals, or put it last in the chain with the buffer on to counter the signal loss of today's larger packed pedalboards. True bypass allows guitar tone to remain pristine even when the DOD Bifet Boost 410 is off. This is a big difference from the original which would color bypassed tone. The modern 9V DC power supply input make the pedal more pedalboard-friendly.

This pedal will give your board an extra kick with some nice EQ. It’s subtle but very noticeable when you turn it off. I always keep it on.

I'd been curious about this pedal for a long time before I finally decided to buy one. I have to say I'm glad I did! This is a nice and fairly versatile boost; plenty of volume on tap, seems to have plenty of headroom to push or be pushed, has a tone control with a *lot* of range bright to dark, and the buffer switch is handy if you have a lot of true bypass pedals or longer cable runs. It seems to be a well designed and neutral buffer too, which is nice. Another winner from DOD.
