Terrible Installation Design

The fan/light is lovely, but it is an absolute bugger to install!!! The near-final step, to attach the canopy, requires one to maneuver 2 quite small screws *up* into the base -- the interior (receiving) holes of which are *not* *visible* (because the canopy is covering them, duh!). And one is trying to accomplish this while working around the rest of the 24" wide fixture. It is a TERRIBLE installation design. I'm not sure we're even going to be able to get this thing in place. We've installed a *lot* of light/fan fixtures in 40 years of marriage, and this is the first that has completely stymied us.
