Beautiful chandelier
This light looks beautiful in our dining room. It appears to be well-made and looks very elegant. Like other reviewers mentioned, it's a little tricky installing. We hired a professional electrician, which was well worth it. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a chandelier, especially with brush nickel.

Not working
I bought this to replace one in the house bought because the pendants matched this one. My son was got engaged so we waited to unbox and hang it until his wedding had past (now about 10 months). We had it installed, and it does not work. I am not happy at all. All the connects worked but not the light.

Poor quality for the price.
Light is Not best. One of the ballest that you screw light bulbs into was broken when arrived. The tool sent to screw/set each light broke. Really disappointed with quality for the price. Too much work to return so we had to just make it work. Hopefully it lasts for a year at least.

Beautiful by assembling is awkward
Beautiful light once assembled and hung. Lousy instructions. Do not affix glass lenses until light is hung. Engineering of lenses is poor and they do not seat well on metal holder.

Nice lamp but Need Better QAQC
This is a nice lamp that is solidly built. The installation is pretty straight forward and the cable and wire are more than long enough for 14' tall ceiling. I do, however, need to buy additional chain links from the local hardware store since my Lamps Plus does not carry the extra chain. The only issue I have when I received the lamp (has to order online since the local store does not have in stock) is that the glass has scratches or crack on them. Fortunately, the Customer Service at Lamps Plus did an excellent job of sending my replacement.
