Neck pillow
Unfortunately this was very disappointing. It does not stay inflated and does not deflate entirely when nob releases. I bought an Eagle Creek neck pillow several years ago and it was excellent. Larger, more comfortable inflated and deflated perfectly. Quality is very poor on the pillow I recently purchased.

Just not as good as original Eagle Creek pillow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I should have paid more attention to the reviews from people who had the earlier inflatable neck pillow, as I did. This one is just not comparable. It feels cheap compared to to the earlier one with the very nice, soft cover. Additionally, the narrow back doesn’t work for me, as I like to wear the pillow backwards to keep my chin from falling forward. The back is too narrow to wear it that way, and worn frontwards, the row sides don’t come together comfortably to make a nice chin rest. I am really disappointed and hate too write a negative review, but I really miss the original product and would gladly order it. Please consider bringing it back.

Pillow passed the test
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I purchased these for my husband and myself after a friend recommended them. I love how compact they are; much better than a standard neck pillow. They are easy to inflate when ready to use. It was comfortable, and I was able to sleep some with it on our long overseas flight. Deflates easily for storage. Definitely recommend.

Perfect travel pillow
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Forget what all the travel magazines travel hack videos say - this handy little pillow really works! I travel a week or so a .onth for pleasure. It takes up almost no room to carry it around. It inflates deflates easily quickly. I struggle with the after effects of whiplash this helps. Its easy to move around your neck depending on how you're sitting or leaning. It doesn't interfere with earbuds or headphones. It's perfect. I have 2 (in case they are duscontinued) also give as gifts to my traveling friends.

Frustrating!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this pillow out when I first received it. I was able to blow it up ok. When I tried to blow it up on the plane, I could not blow it up! As soon as I took my lips off it, it deflated.

Good Replacement

It is very compact after you deflate it. It won’t be hanging all out when you make your way through the airport. Fits easily in your carry on bag or backpack.

Doesn’t match up to older version
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this to replace an older version that sprung a leak. Unfortunately, this one is smaller, and the clasp around the neck feels a little snug. Although I haven’t actually used it yet on a flight (but you keep asking for my feedback, so I’m giving it), it just doesn’t seem as comfortable nor does it look like it provides as much support. I hope I’ll be proven wrong. I really wish you still made the older version, which I loved!
