    I'm so disappointed!

    The outside of the box was perfect when I took it out of the freezer at the store. I open the box at home and this is what it looks like. I’m so disappointed!! Just a waste of money.

    Blown away

    I am not a fan of pie. But my husband wanted to try this, and I’m blown away. Perfect key lime flavor, the crust is crumbly and buttery in the best way, and it’s light. Even though I’m not a huge fan of pies, I’ve tasted quite a few key lime pies, and this is spot on with a good restaurant pie. I hope it’s always in stock because we will be buying often!

    Disappointing

    This pie has a decent crust, and is not overly sweet the way many commercial desserts are. The big disappointment, however, is the lack of Key lime flavor. There is a bit of lime in the background, but it needs to be much more prominent.

    Very Good Key Lime Pie - Tastes Homemade

    Excellent flavour - tastes very natural and great treat with a cup of coffee on a weekend morning. Great value as well - we leave half in the freezer and half in the fridge to use within a few days. YUMMM!!

    Perfect in a Pinch

    I bought this pie in store at Target in Gold Coast/Chicago. I stored for a few days in the freezer and then took it out to eat for my 1 year anniversary. This pie was great for the price (and in general). The pie crust wasn't too crumbly or too dry, the key lime flavor was great and the whipped cream wasn't watery like I would expect from a pie I got out of the freezer--we finished it in 4 days! During the 4 days we stored in the fridge and didn't re-freeze it.

    Artificial whipped cream turned me off

    The inner Keylime portion and gram piecrust are great. Yet, after removing the top, which had some of the whipped cream left in it and seeing that after a few days in the garbage, it was still on there (in the same form)... I'm probably never going to buy this again. If you bake and make real whipped cream with heavy cream and a sweetener, the whipped cream will not stay in that state if you leave it outside of the fridge and in the garbage for a day or so. This observation, led me to believe that the whipped cream formulation that this pie uses is not remotely natural. It turned me off to see that.
