Chargers wear out
You may think your travel mug is broken because it will not charge. No, it’s not the mug, it is the charger. If one of the tiny metal pieces sticking up from the charger is not sticking high enough, it won’t charge. Terrible mechanics but I buy replacement chargers because I love HOT coffee and Ember does that best.

Weak performance - nearly useless
I bought this so I could use my Travel Mug 2 all day at work - but it is barely able to put any charge in the battery!. The charging base that came with the Travel Mug2 will both keep the liquid hot, and increase the charge in the battery. This will barely keep the liquid warm and won't add anything to the battery level even if you wait all day. It's almost useless.

Nice team bad charging pad
The team was very kind when I was having trouble with my original travel mug. But now the charging pad doesn't work. It looks like the pin is buried and can't connect with the cup

Loving my cup
I received my mugs as a Christmas gift from our daughter. I came home to work and the coffee maker is no where near me. It took several attempts to figure out to use it. But I got it now. I absolutely love it. To have a hot coffee to the last drop is wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is that it takes a while to recharge between refills. I try to remount it as soon as I finish. Other than that, this is really a great gift to receive.
