A: The cooking instructions are below the Nutrition Facts and included on one of the images on the website. From Encore's instructions: To properly cook this product, remove the packaging from product and ensure it has completely thawed. Preheat or conventional oven or toaster to 425 degrees. Place on a lightly oiled baking pan or oven-safe dish. Cover loosely with aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until fish is cooked and the center has reached 165 degrees Fahrenheit.

We have included an image on Target.com with the instructions as well so hopefully another guest does not have the same issue.
