Encore Seafoods’ Alaskan Salmon with Seafood Stuffing takes the work out of preparing a gourmet seafood dinner in your own home. With nothing other than a conventional or toaster oven you can prepare an elegant and healthy meal in less than half an hour. Good but you have to work with it

Would I pop this in the oven and eat it as is? No. Would I buy it again? Yes. It’s a good place to start a delicious meal, but I did have to look up a good sauce recipe and season the stuffing a bit. We all enjoyed it.

I really liked this. I know some reviews complain about the amount of salmon, but I found it to be a good amount. And the stuffing is crab and rice and very good. Easy to make- I added some roasted veggies for a filling and healthy meal.

Amazing!

I loved this!! Paired with Angel hair pasta & vodka sauce cause I saw a reviewer on here do that and it looked delicious! Also added some microwave broc. Whole meal took 10-15 min to make. Put in the air fryer for 9 min at 375. Wow! Will be buying this regularly!

Not worth it!!!

The salmon is a thin layer wrapped around what seens to be ‘rice’ with no sign of ‘seafood stuffing’ . Wish I could just get a refund as they were highly disappointed.
