  • A: Petals on dual rotors spin in opposite directions around the stationary 'seed' center. the leaves do not spin.

Spinner Direction

I love the spinner. However, All my spinners face the same direction when the wind blows except for this one. I only see the backside while all the others I see the front side. I don't know why this particular one is doing that. Do you have any suggestions or ideas of how I can get it to spin in the same direction as the others?

Love my Sun Flower Spinners

I have 3 others & want more color in my back yard! These beauties hold up better over time than my more delicate ones. Keep them sprayed to prevent fading & they will serve you well!

Poor quality pole

This spinner is beautiful, however, the pole is cheaper than past spinners I have purchased. I have 8 spinners from Plow and Hearth. We bought this spinner in 2025. It immediately bothered me because it is forward heavy and when the wind blows it spins with the back facing front no matter where you put it. In addition the quality of the pole is weaker/cheaper made than the spinners in my garden that are ten years old. The pole has been a nightmare where the poles connect with screws. We even attached a wood post to it for stability. Today was the final straw as the front of the spinner keeps coming loose as well. We took the spinner down and try to find a new pole first for it. This is second summer with this spinner and should not be falling part. My others spinners are great. This one not so much.

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to hear that the spinner fell short of expectation. Unfortunately, the spinner has exhausted our one year warranty as it was purchased in 2024. In the future, please let us know as soon as you experience an issue/defect.
