About the Author
Eoin McLaughlin was born in Ireland and now lives in Mauritius with his family. The Hug--a bestseller--was his debut picture book. He also wrote, amongst others, The Kiss, While We Can't Hug, Merry Whatmas? and Goodnight Sun.Polly Dunbar is one of the best-known illustrators working in the UK. Her picture books such as The Hug and Penguin are bestselling and have won numerous awards. When she's not making books she likes to make puppets. She lives in Suffolk with her family.
