Just buy a cheaper one
The arms are not level. And I should have looked at the reviews since this appears to be a common issue, for $30 there should be some quality control. This item is NOT worth $30. I should have just gotten one of the $10 controller holders that I didn’t like as much, I bet they would be of better quality.

Damaged in transit/No protectice pacakging.
The item itself is awesome but it was shipped without any protective packaging in the box. This led to the figure damaging the box it came in (this was meant to be kept in the box as a collectable) as it ripped its own packaging and fell out. The item itself has minimal damage but damamge none the less. I am over the shipping practices at Target.

I like the idea of it, but it’s very disappointing that the hands aren’t level. It’s especially noticeable if you use it to hold a phone. I use it for my Xbox controller which is also at an angle. I might try to use a heat gun to adjust the hands. Hopefully I don’t make it unusable.

Uneven hands for holding controller
Detail is great and heavy duty piece but the hands that hold a controller or phone were very uneven and resulted in the controller being very crooked when held. I returned the item

Arrived damaged in a poly bag
This great collectable was sent disrespectfully in a poly bag and was damaged from head to feet due to the delivery handlers incompetentcy. After filling out the report, to target they wanted me to send it back for a replacement so I just opted out for a refund so it doesn't get sent in a bag again. These collectables should be sent in a box anyway. Very disappointed. Not recommended for shipping delivery. Pickup if available.
