Incorrect Item Description

Item main description says "Fandango Gift Card", what I received was "Fandango At Home". Apparently those are 2 different services. Cannot be used at a theater. I called customer service & they told me I made the mistake. Target needs to rename this item correctly because I got a useless gift card.

Do not buy if you want to use at the theater.

Would give this zero stars if I could. This is NOT for movie theater use!! The title of the product says Fandango got card but it can only be used with the Fandango at Home company. Never even heard of that and would never have even bought it.

Thought I was buying a fandango gift card for the movie theaters! This is Vudu Fandango and can only be used at home!!! I would have never purchased this. My disabled son loves going to the movies and I believed I was purchasing a regular fandango gift card! I am extremely upset that I can not return it and get me money back to purchase a regular fandango gift card… very frustrated!!!

FANDANGO AT HOME giftcard

This is a fandango AT HOME gift card- NOT for fandango - as in not for booking movie theaters online. Fandango at home replaced VUDU as a great way to purchase movies digitally and stream them. There is a different listing for the movie theater card- make sure to go to that one if you are planning to use it for a movie theater as this one won't work.

System Won't Redeem Digital Gift Card

So I purchased this card and the system would not allow me to redeem it. I called for help and it had to be escalated to the gift card resolution team. I am still waiting. I won't buy digital gift cards from Target again.

5% RedCard discount makes this a no-brainer!

I purchased this to use myself. Virtual Vudu card arrived via email in minutes after I complete purchase on targets website. Using my RedCard provided a 5% discount! I had no problem applying the card # to my Vudu account. I would 100% buy from Target again. When purchasing, Target asks if you if this will be for yourself or if it’s a gift for someone else. If it’s a gift, you can have the email with card # sent to another email address.

Deceptive card, cannot be used on Fandango

This is advertised as being for Fandango or Vudu, but it cannot be used on Fandango. Target customer service refuses to help.

Does NOT work for Fandango!!

Even though it says FANDANGO right on the card and on the item description be advised you cannot use it to purchase movie tickets on Fandango. Their customer service would do nothing to swap it to a Fandango credit, either. What a rip off...I will never use $100 of Vudu credits. Terrible!

Usually received within a few minutes via email. I have bought Vudu card at least 3 times, it’s great not having to go to the store to purchase , you can redeem for yourself or send it to friend or family for them to redeem.
