Great story, and great for people who are discovering their faith in Christ

This book was beautifully written and inspiring to read. I normally don’t finish the books that I purchase but I read this book in 3 days. I couldn’t put it down. It had all the rollercoaster emotions and details of-the experience of being a track and field athlete in a thrilling way. Although, I have a different career path than Sydney, I felt as though I was reading myself in her book, words described perfectly how I felt about situations and conflicts I have had to endure in school, college, and beyond. I truly appreciate that Sydney wrote this book to help others who have struggled with anxiety and fear. I have truly found a new way of looking at life and have understood what it means to live by having faith in Christ and trusting God’s plan instead of fear of the unknown.

This is a must-read for everyone—but especially helpful as she is one of the rare few that will make an impact with youth!! Just recently leaving the teenage years herself, under Olympic pressure, she’s had to mature fast and learn important lessons along the way. I’m buying a copy for each of my children so they have one for their future household. This story and her insights from world records and finding faith, will stand the test of time. Truly well done!
