Cinnamon is obtained from the bark of the cinnamon tree. Bolner's Fiesta Brand Cinnamon comes from high in the mountains of the island of Sri Lanka. It is called Ceylon Cinnamon. Some of the uses are to flavor coffee, tea, cider and other beverages. Delicious in baked goods such as cakes, pies and donuts.
