This product had me feeling horrible the rest of the day. I don't know why it say take 2 pills. I looked up side effects an was horrified that I had not done my research before hand. I called customer service an the agent says no ones has ever mentioned the side effects to him before (which is weird) an he wasn't able to help or refund my money.

I followed the directions i was fine in the morning but after i took the 2nd set of pills in the afternoon my stomach went crazy i had diarrhea for 9 hrs couldn't eat couldn't sleep nauseous for 4-5 hrs i felt like i was dying almost went to the emergency room. I will never EVER recommend this to anyone. It was horrible!!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I noticed a curb in my appetite and slight boost in my energy over the first couple of days. While the appetite suppression lasted throughout the time I took the Force Factor® LeanFire®, the energy boost only lasted through day 4. The downfall for me was the nausea I experienced about 15 minutes after each meal that grew more severe with each dose of the supplement. I finally gave up on trying to make it work for me after 7 days at which point the nausea had become so overwhelming that I had broken out into a cold sweat, became pale and clammy and my vision was a bit fuzzy. It took me about 45 minutes to recover from that experience. I did lose about 3 pounds over the 7 days I used the Force Factor® LeanFire® supplement though I cannot attest to whether it was a direct or indirect effect of the supplement itself as I did begin to stop eating before feeling satiated in hopes that it would lessen the nausea I was feeling -- which it did not. In summary, I would recommend the product to someone whose body is familiar with the supplement's ingredients or anyone who experiences little to no negative side effects when trying a new supplement. I would not, however, recommend it to anyone who has experienced similar negative side effects with another weight loss supplement.

Not necessarily jittery but my head and body just felt off. Not sure how else to explain it. My body usually reacts in a similar way to this so it may work for you but definitely not for me.

The first few days, it made me a little jittery as I don't consume a lot of caffeine, but once I got used to it, it did give me more energy to function in my daily life. It comes in an easy to swallow, pre-filled, capsule. Goes down smooth and does not upset my stomach at all. I will definitely continue taking this as it has with my energy but I can say that in the few weeks i have been taking it, I haven't lost any weight from it. Maybe I need to give it more time!

More focus, increased stamina while working out, and quicker weight loss are goals but most products or thermogenics leave me feeling hot and makes my skin crawl. So far that has not happened with this product!! I do feel like I have more energy. Can't wait to see the long-term results to see if weight loss quicken. I plan to get another bottle when this one is done!
