I love that they are in capsule form as it makes them much easier to take and you don't have to deal with any weird taste. I have been taking them with my lunch. They have definitely helped with balancing my appetite and cravings throughout the day, as I don't find myself snacking as much as before. Just make sure you mix it into a smoothie or shake it well, and don't skip the water,you have to drink a lot of it for this stuff to do its job.Your stomach might make some noises or feel a bit gassy at first. It’s just your gut getting used to the extra fiber work.

I’ve tried GLP1 before and hated the side effects, this hasn’t given me any side effects and I’ve followed directions and take after my biggest meal.
