Don't taste as good as I hoped.
They seem to be helping with cravings and cutting back on food... but they *do not taste good* in my opion. They taste like you're eating a lemon peel with tons of pith (bitter white part).

They are actually yummy and have no bitter aftertaste at all, which makes it easy to stay consistent with them. I usually take two chews after my biggest meal of the day, which for me is typically dinner around 6:00 or 7:00 PM. It has honestly become part of my nightly routine and part of my commitment to improving my overall health and wellness. I also want to be honest and realistic: this product is not magic. I still make sure I train 3 days a week, stay active, and do my best to eat healthy. I’m currently 5 months postpartum, so balancing fitness, work, daily responsibilities, and caring for a baby can definitely be challenging some days.
