Q: What Frida supplies in this kit would I need to buy extra of to get me through a 'typical' postpartum recovery? E.g., there are 4 disposable underwear, 4 Maxi Pads and 24 Perineal Liners. Would you typically change the liner more often than the pad?

Way overpriced for what you get. This will not cover you post partum at all, it’s more of a sampler pack. You will need to buy multiple packs of everything that comes in here. I love the Frida items a lot, they are great quality. Just be prepared to spend tons of money

Thought this was going to be an easy way to get something as a first time mom to prepare for delivery. In looking at the more expensive box, myself and my partner thought that contained a few extras but this one had all the essentials. It definitely came as a surprise that this doesn’t contain part 1 of the 5 essential items, the bottle. Just have a nice space for one, a joke, and a note that it’s sold separately.

A family member gifted this postpartum kit to me and its been convenient for my postpartum period. This would make a great gift for a new mom, or a quick way for a newly postpartum mom to grab the essentials. I’m not a fan of the ice pack pads (too bulky) but love the foaming spray. I haven’t tried the underwear and don’t use the caddy it came with. For me, I prefer to pick and choose certain products so I wouldn’t purchase this again. BUT I think it would work great for a lot of others!

This essentials kit has it all for postpartum care. However, I found that I made my way through the items rather quickly. You will probably need to buy more of each item to get you through to recovery

I received this kit in the mail anonymously from someone after we found out the devastating news that our son would die at birth. It felt like the kindest gesture that someone was looking ahead, and knew that delivery and PP recovery would bring lots of hurt, and would be the last of my concerns at the time. Now that I'm on the other side, and just finished our kit, I had to come on and leave a review. Every supply was necessary, and a favorite. Compared to the things given in the hospital, everything from Frida was much nicer, better smelling, and better quality. The fun and thoughtful branding was somehow encouraging too. In the midst of a tragic season, I felt like this kit was my little companion. Somehow helping me get through the painful physical recovery. Big thanks to Frida. I will be sending these kits to everyone I know who will go through delivery.

I had a 3rd degree tear and found everything here useful except the underwear and caddy. I found adult diapers to be more efficient for a mother who just gave birth. I used adult diapers, with ice pads, the cooling wipes on top and some foam to finish it off. I was quite comfortable despite have 20 stitches. I wish there was a make your own bundle option
Great kit comes with all you need to be prepared.

Even though I got some of this stuff from the hospital, they didn’t send me home with much left over so I got this while I was still healing and it helped me tremendously for the extra couple weeks of healing, the only thing I wasn’t too fond of was the cooling pads they can be super cold at first making it a bit uncomfortable

I bought this as a new mom gift for my best friend and am very excited about it! I know these are products that will be used and appreciated and very glad this kit exists! I also bought the peri bottle separately and a few breast masks for her to try and she’s so excited for all of it! However I docked 1 star bc it is advertised as coming with a “caddy” but it means it just has a cardboard box “caddy” which is technically correct but feel misleading since cardboard products aren’t generally made of such a disposable material so that was a disappointment when opening it. However, I think it would be worth the expense regardless of if an actual caddy was included.

This is a perfect gift for a mommy-to-be! It has (almost) everything they will need when they come home from the hospital. I got this as a gift for my baby shower and it was one of the best things I received. This is THE perfect baby shower gift, my only complaint is that it doesn't come with the peri bottle, so consider getting one if you buy this!!

This is a must have! The underwear is super stretchy and comfortable. The spray bottle and cooling pads were a life safer and helped with the healing process and brought so much relief. Just buy it! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

10/10 recommend! I see why people hype these products so much. The boy shorts were so much better than the hospital mesh undies. The foam and lines felt wonderful. Oh and the ice packs - just yes. I will say I kept using the hospital peri bottle because of preference, but this one was handy the few times I did use it.

This product is 100% worth the money. Everyone told me I wouldn’t need it because the hospital provides things for you. But if it wasn’t for these products i don’t know what I would have done. They saved me! I used everything in the kit and ended up purchasing more after I ran out.

Ordered this kit online and did arrive without the peri bottle. Went to the closest target to return it. Purchased a new one and went I came home, again was missing the peri bottle. Pretty ridiculous. Don’t waste your money

The peri bottle does not come with this kit, only a place to hold it in your caddy.

Would be great for 1st baby. 2nd time I bought and didn't end up using. For the price, I think it's better to get the items separately because you won't likely use all of these.

I like the products, such as the cooling pad liners, but am confused why it didn’t come with the peri bottle…they even left a spot in the box telling you where to put the peri bottle once you purchase it separately. The value of the box is much lower than the cost of it. If you bought everything separately, you’d get more of your moneys worth. I would recommend going with whatever they give you for free at the hospital instead.
