We have some troubleshooting tips that can help resolve the issue. Replace 4AA batteries with a new strong set. If that does not work, reset Furby. Turn Furby upside down. Press and hold both the mouth and heart gem at the same time for OVER 5 seconds. You will see the ears flash red and hear a beep sound. Please note: A full reset will turn Furby back to out of box settings. Remove the battery cover and make sure that there’s no fur in the battery area.

Defective disappointment!!
Bought it for my granddaughter’s birthday. She was so excited!! She went to play with it the following morning and it already didn’t work!! Returned it and of course, the store doesn’t have it. So they gave me credit on my card, which I hate. Now I’ve got to repurchase at full price as I got it sale but due to Targets awful return policy I’ve got to jump through hoops and spend more money!! Should be processed as an even exchange!!!

DOESNT WORK
If I could give zero stars I would. My daughter so badly wanted the purple didn’t for Christmas. Her grandma got it from target and it didn’t work after 1 hour.

Did not turn on; returning :-(
This toy was shipped to me in November when it was on sale. My child opened it on Christmas and after getting the right batteries and following the instructions it didn’t turn on. What a let down.

Cute but after having an original it fell short
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Let me start by telling you my kids have loved this toy. It does a whole relaxation thing too that just makes it perfect for all round play. That said, being a mum who had her very own furby when they came out, this didn’t meet expectations. It speaks English not furbish, doesn’t react to lights and movements like the original and nor have I been able to get an interaction with my nieces. It does move a little more as it has got feet so that was the big bonus of the new addition. As long as the kids haven’t played with an original they will love this.

Furby does kot wake up
Disappointed with this purchase. Was an expensive Christmas present that lasted 1 battery charge. Could not get Furby to wake up. The gem would only blink after replacing the batteries. Tried to reset and that didn’t work either. 0 out of 5 stars.

Great toy
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] My daughter absolutely loves this furby. And it doesn’t talk and make sounds all night like I used to remember when having one as a child. It only responds to my daughter’s voice which is great when my son tries to turn it on and it doesn’t respond so goes back to sleep. She enjoys the songs it plays when she asks for a dance party! Love how these have changed and are much better then mine from about 15 years ago

It quit working two weeks after we got! Changed batteries and tried to reset! It just stayed stuck in one mode! As much as these are not impressed!

I don’t understand the negative reviews. This was my 4 year old daughters most asked for Christmas gift and she’s obsessed with it and doesn’t put it down. When the other color comes back in stock I’ll be purchasing it! Mine hasn’t blown through batteries and it’s being used a ton. I say it’s a great toy and to buy it!

This thing can’t hear/understand it’s own commands. It takes forever to respond. It keeps saying touch my head, but it doesn’t do anything when you do. In general, a terrible Christmas gift and a huge disappointment.
