My son got this music stand for Christmas. We’d noticed the stand was tilting forward and the music kept flopping off, onto the floor. I told him I would take a look at it and noticed the tension piece was cracked. Our return window ended February 1, so we’ll see what can do. The stand was nice. It was light, and easy for him to carry around the house to different practice spaces, most of the stand is a light weight, but durable aluminum, but the joint that cracked was plastic. :(
