Looks great but I was confused cause the picture shows the front bars coming down from the headboard are the wood part and the back is the black wood but it’s just all black which was a bummer cause it looks weird looking at it from the front but it’s good quality and i love the color. You definitely need a box spring. It’s super easy to assemble but there is a part where you have to screw in the wood slats and there’s no premade holes but using a drill will probably break the wood so it’s an arm workout with a screwdriver. Headboard moves around easily which can be annoying.
