I thought the whole thing was Muslin. It is not. The other side is a soft cottony material.

Adorable neutral patterns, just received these today I'm expecting babygirl in October. I can tell by how thick they are that it'll be absorbent. Gerber hasn't disappointed me yet. When I had my firstborn 16 years ago, the Gerber baby items I had proved to be durable and affordable.
