A: Hello, The alphabet stickers and wrist straps are only included with GoBe Kids products that are sold on our website gobekids.co and Amazon US. If you purchase any of our products from Target, Sam's Club or Walmart you can register your product for the one year warranty and you will receive a free gift. The gift choices are the alphabet stickers or the wrist strap. They can also be purchased on our website. I will include the link to register your product and to receive the free gift. I love it for daycare because it has lots of compartments to put different snacks all in one container. It’s an awesome all in one saves dishes! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great size, lid is easier to get on and off than the original small snack spinner with the flip lid (that required you to twist on and off in a specific place). However, the sliding mechanism broke within one week of use and the slide now longer shuts securely. We ordered this as a pre-order when it first came out, but didn't put it to use until my daughter started kindergarten. GoBe understandably said the item was out of warranty, but some of the pre-order spinners were defective. I think this one was as well, but GoBe did not honor their commitment to make things right for pre-orders.

I bought two and we did have an issue with one of them but I sent CS a video of our issue and received a very quick response with tracking info on the replacement. My older boys keep trying to use these so it looks like 2 more are in our near future.
