A: Hello Nicole, Underwraps Costumes size chart recommends a Large (2T-4T). Height 36-42", Waist 21-22" and Weight 30-37 lbs.

Cute but Poor Quality

Poorly sewn, Velcro tabs were only half sewn on and lots of threads to snip. There were big globs of glue where the horns were attached that I had to pick off. It was the same quality as a pirate costume I got at half the price.
