I bought a Grubhub gift card online as a gift for a friend who just had baby, but it never reached her. When I first bought it, it had to come to my email address. Fine. It arrived there, but when I used the option to forward it on to the recipient, the website told me it would show up in her inbox - but not for 2 more days! I was annoyed, but whatever. I gave her a heads up to look for it. Three days later, she called and told me it never arrived. I had the correct email address for her and entered it very carefully. When I went to the Target website to "fix the issue"section with this order, all the options were in pale font and the screen said there are no returns on gift cards. Also logging in was a pain. Next I tried a customer service chat and it had me at 13 in the queue. Who has time for that? Next I will be on the phone with customer service etc. and this is such a big hassle and the gift is so late now. I would not recommend. And when I reviewed the review guidelines, they only will post your review of the item not the other aspects of the purchase?! Well this is the product. It's a gift card that I can't gift.
