    Classic tighty whities

    My autistic adult son will only wear white briefs and Hanes fit him the best. There’s no tag so they are comfortable and not irritating for him. The fabric is durable and holding up after many washes with no shrinkage. The design and high rise style offer full coverage without become bekini.

    TERRIBLE fit and comfort for Hanes Comfort Flex briefs.

    The fit and comfort of these briefs is TERRIBLE!!! In particular, the circomference of the leg opening is at least two inches larger than the pair of Hanes Comfort Flex briefs I currently have.

    My junk falls out

    Hanes decided to remove the hem from the inside panel, and my junk falls out. This hem removal occurred in 2025. I remember searching for a package of Hanes last year with the hem still in place. I bought the classic white brief size XL, full rise, and it’s 1 size less than my waist. The waist is comfortable, but the crotch sags after a couple hours. The whole purpose of the brief style underwear is to keep your bits in check. Sorry Hanes, for decades you had a loyal customer. FOTL has briefs with an inside panel hem and a new product with a midrise and a cotton spandex fabric blend.

    Well-made, high quality. Much better price than a major competitor (whose briefs tore after two wears). Only complaint: size ran a little s all, and I’m a small guy. The sizing chart said I should be a “small.” I can get them on…comfortable when on…but awfully tight going over the hip bones. I’d get Medium next time, although worried they’d be loose. If your size is close to the next size, order carefully.

    Give them a chance

    So like most guys as a kid I wore these. Once I got to middle school I switched to boxers because of peer pressure. And switched to boxer briefs in college. I’m no 35 and decided to try these again. Wow! These are really comfy. From the first time wearing them again these felt so good. There was 0 adjusting to them. I think I may be switching back to white briefs after all these years. I might pick up a pack of the colored ones that have elastic in them to test. But guys set aside the stigma of briefs and give them a chance. I think you will be happy you did.

    Can’t go wrong

    Been buying these underwear for my son for a while now. I love that they come in 10 packs, as it makes super easy to make sure he has a good supply. These are your basic men’s underwear, so you can’t go wrong with them. Son says they’re comfortable, sizing is accurate and they do their job. I’ll continue to buy him more as needed.

    Basic white cotton underwear. Cool, comfortable and easy to tell if they’re clean and don’t show through white clothing. Cheap enough that they can be thrown away if stained.
