Creaks every time I move

I had such high hopes for this bed, it is beautiful but as well made as it seems at first glance, the bed frame will not stop creaking every time I gently roll over. It was also incredibly difficult to put together and the included Allen key screw driver got stuck in every hole and eventually the tip broke off in one of the screw heads and is permanently stuck in there (and we couldn’t tighten it all the way - but that’s not even where the creaking is coming from). Overall very disappointed and will be returning this item.

Do not recommend

The overall “look” was deceiving, as the quality was less than desired for the price. Screws were stripping and hard to install given the preset holes and positions. After 5 hours of assembly, we had to return it as it just would not go together. Very disappointed as the price indicated it would be a higher quality item. There were also dings and dents on the wood frame pieces that would be seen.

We are happy with the

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are happy with the overall look of the bed and the color of the finish is a great blonde without being too yellow. We did have some dark black streaks in our finish though. The quality overall is nice and we love that it is solid wood. We did have some alignment issues during assembly which was frustrating. Overall I would say we are happy with the bed, but if I could still return it I probably would just because it is very tall once you get a mattress on this bed frame. With the too tall of height and the frustration with assembly I probably would not purchase this bed again.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The blonde wood color is gorgeous and the bed is very sturdy. My only complaint is that the fabric does not cover the whole headboard. If the headboard came completely covered with the fabric, this bed would be 5 stars. I am afraid that over time the fabric will come undone since it’s really only being held by Velcro.

The bed is great once it is put together but it was a bit difficult to put together. The directions were great but getting the last corner of the bed together was challenging. You practically needed three people so you could get the bolts in place.
