I purchased this product from the actually Harry Potter store in Orlando. Purchased from Target, and the quality is no where at the same level as the Harry Potter store. Will not be purchasing this item through Target again. Will stick with the actual Harry Potter store for the dark chocolate peppermint toads.

Okay not special.

They are okay. The best out of all the Harry Potter Candies. The packaging is cute but the quality is just okay, they aren't bad but they are not great, like Palmer or Hersey's Chocolate. I wouldn't buy them again. My family was so exicted, but we were all underwhlemed. They are Toad shaped chooclates with a hint of min. Nothing special.

The frogs are adorable. The flavor balance is on point. Reminds me of the rich dark chocolate chunks you find at the candy store. I know some may find the bag small, but it is filling... Maybe that's Harry Potter working his magic!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are such a fun treat for any Harry Potter fan. The dark chocolate is rich and smooth, and the peppermint is refreshing without being too strong. The little toad shapes are adorable, and the packaging looks like it came straight out of Honeydukes. I’d say one thing is the chocolate kinds of turn white and powdery/flaky on the outside. But otherwise they’d make a great gift or stocking stuffer or for trick or treating, but I’m keeping these for myself!

They are a good texture and a good balance of chocolate and mint. They are a little pricey because the bag is somewhat small. The packaging is adorable though and these are so cute for themed movie nights. Even my toddler enjoyed them.

The appearance of the little frogs isn't perfect due to the fact that they're all dusted up by banging into each other, but otherwise cute. The flavor combination of the dark chocolate and peppermint is really nice. The chocolate melts easily in your mouth.

Nostalgia for the Win

The box comes with a good amount of chocolate frogs. The flavor of the peppermint was good and had a cool taste to it. There was a good balance of chocolate to peppermint. I didn’t necessarily love the taste of the chocolate. The packaging is great and has a true candy shop feel.
