A: As far as I’m aware, if you’re in the US, there is no federal law that prohibits the purchase of these toys at any age, however, local jurisdictions may have limitations in place. You should be able to walk into any big box store like Target or others and buy a toy - or order online. The adult stores that require an ID to enter do so because they contain other adult materials. But you should be able to purchase a toy at any store where you can just walk in without being ID-ed.

A: Sometimes the device might need some additional charging time.  To be safe, we recommend charing your device for full 6 - 8 hours. You'll know that the device is charging because the light will be blinking. Now hold and press down the power button firmly for 5-10 seconds for the device to restart.
