    Unfortunately the Android app is awful.

    I have this very 21" model. The Android app is atrocious. You can't even view previews of the designs, so you just have to guess and the app is so buggy it can takes hundreds of tries to get a design to load on the Drift. Such a disappointment and Homedics has done nothing to address issues. Very bad company.

    Never any new designs

    Loved it at first, but ive gone through all the preset designs. They haven't updated the app since 2024, meanwhile other brands allow you to upload your own patterns already.

    Update your app, what a horrible experience. Constant freezes, log outs, cant even select my table before the app closes by itself. This table is just a big paperweight. UI is clunky, come on- you can do better than this.

    Forgot about their customers no new updates

    I’ve had my device for over two years now don’t give me wrong. I love it but at this point, I’m disappointed for the price I spent. I got the bigger one and with all their other competitors they drop new updates all the time in the last two years, not one update on this device very upsetting for the amount of money. These are. It’s like they made a whole bunch of money off their product and forgot about everybody they obviously do not care about their customers.

    Favorite purchase in a long time

    Ive bought a lot of devices to entertain and with the eight or nine different things this is by far the most talked about by guests. Everyone that comes over is intrigued by it. By the way ive had it for over two years now and I still personally love it myself. My new kittens just broke the glass top by knocking a heavy metal hole saw on top of it. However it’s amazing how many times over it should have already been broken but did not. Would buy again without hesitation if had to. Highly recommend buying stand along with it if you don’t already have a place for it or as I did make a stand myself for it. Really increases the presence of it with stand.

    UPDATE YOUR APP HOMEDICS!!!!

    Don't get me wrong this table is great, however, their app is horrible, and there has not been a fix or update to it in a long time. I can’t figure out why home medics seems to have abandoned their drift table an app completely. If you go on an App Store either through android or Apple, you will see LOTS of complaints from other customers/users about it in the App Store, which makes me think that the five star reviews here are false. I would say think twice before purchasing this table until they update their app and fix all the app issues and problems..

    No new designs… ever

    Works great a year after purchase, running around 60 hours per week. But holy crap I’m bored with the patterns, and they don’t make new ones… ever. They also have no mechanism to make one’s own designs or download them from a content creator. Lagging WAY behind the competition. Recommend you look elsewhere this Christmas, and until Homedics catches-up.

    Frustrated, dead Drift?

    I'm very frustrated! I received the Drift as a gift and I was looking forward to using it. I've followed the process with the app... says the drift is ready, connected to wi-fi, then it tries to update the firmware and just stops there. It won't do anything else. I've tried resetting etc. as recommended but nothing. What else can be done?

    Awesome, better than expected, but the app is NOT

    The sand table is awesome. Better than expected ! , but the app is not. Please make larger previews of patterns or make them zoomable. Also , please increase contrast. Frequently I have to download two or more times a pattern to "play".

    Nice gift, clumpy sand

    I received the drift sand table as a gift. Recently the sand has become clumpy and damp. I live in a high humidity area. How can I dry out the sand for easier distribution by the ball?

    Horrible app!

    I got this for Christmas 4 months ago and it’s still not working. It will work for 1/2 day and then the app stops working. It won’t sync with the drift. It will make 1 design and that is it. I hope Homedics can figure out their app because it’s not good at all!

    Sand designs galore!!

    This was an anniversary gift from my Husband. He bought the 21” Drift in black. He didn’t understand why I wanted “that”. Now, he’s the first one to jump up and show it off to company. He loves it as much as I do. I will set and watch it when I’m having a rough day. It’s very relaxing to me.
