I have been using this mask for two weeks now and I must say, it's a good buy. After using for just 12 minutes, my face feels nice and soft. The light does not irritate nor burn. I do have sensitive skin, but I have no issues with mask. It's a good, snuggle fit. I can open my eyes after putting mask on to watch tv or go through my phone, or read.

I have to say though that I bought this as a gift for my wife and it so happen she also bought one for herself for Xmas but it was like a cheaper brand so I compared the two of them and what a huge difference. The therabody is on a different level/scale, there was no comparing So at this time she is enjoying it and we are waiting for 4 weeks or so to go by to see the results. But 1 thing is it gives her some peace when she has it on cause our kids don’t bother her.

Not bad, needs some tweaks
The mask doesn't get my crow's feet area, and I wish it covered more neck and under chin. Lights seem strong enough and def helps my skin. The straps should be more customizable, and removable. I also hate that the vibration always turns on- wish you could turn on the mask without having to turn it off every time. I don't find the vibration enjoyable- just feels like your head is on a buzzing machine. I also don't like that there is no battery indicator- it just dies on you mid-treatment. It is a little heavy and will leave marks on your face where the eye protectors are.

Disappointing
I only had this for a week so I can’t review based on results but it was very uncomfortable and I felt like I was suffocating. I wish it had holes in the nose area or mouth. The vibrating was just buzzing. Nothing special. I wanted to love this but they need to make some changes to make it more enjoyable.

I bought this as a gift for my girlfriend and she couldn't be happier. Some reviews said it was heavy, so I was a little worried about that, but my GF doesn't think that at all. It may be heavier than some of the other options, but the additional features make it worth it. GREAT product!!!

I was having tickle tea with my brand new glow mask as it kept turning off after the six minute mark. I only had the unit for two weeks. That is my personal preference. However, I did email got a quick response which I am grateful since it was over the weekend. I followed the instructions and the next day. It worked fine. But that is just the first day since I got the email. Time will tell as they say.

Overall a good product, but do your research.
Overall this seems to be a good product. I looked into several other devices before settling on this one. I also use it on my scalp, hands, and chest. A few things to consider: The mask is a bit heavy and clunky to wear and I end up with pressure points around my eyes unless I prop the mask up with my hands. Also, the lack of opening at the mouth can make it somewhat uncomfortable / difficult to breathe. I usually need to remove it for comfort before the full 12 minute cycle is up. Also, make sure you read up on all the contraindications prior to investing in this, as the list is long and the product is certainly not meant for everyone.
