  • A: Received reply from the manufacturer’s rep: “The EMS is used to stimulate the scalp and promote hair growth, you should feel a very faint pulse or tingling if used on your arm, but the EMS is not very strong so if you don’t feel anything then you could just not be sensitive to it.” 😅🤷‍♀️
