A: Hello, the lamp of the hat is composed of 56 light bulbs. The wavelengths of the light bulbs are 660 + 450 + 850 NM, and it can be adjusted to the appropriate position. Use it for 20 minutes every day and keep doing it for more than two months. You will gradually see improvements.

The battery stops holding charge right after return period.
The battery no longer holds a charge. Also I'd like ro comment on its effectiveness, but I can't say that I've seen anything to report on thus far.

Technology, but sorry to say that the helmet was not nearly big enough to fit my head, It sat so high on my head that the upper sides of my head would not have been exposed to the lasers. So, sadly, had to return it.

how does the light get to your scalp?
My old LED light for my scalp was like a large plastic headband that you could actually sort the hair so that it can get to the scalp.
