Q: Is there a way to wash the scent pads? Or can you only ever use 3 essential oil scents with this machine (one for each scent pad)?

A: Hi EH, Thank you for your question! Each scent pad is designed to give you up to 20 uses when you apply the same 100% all-natural essential oil. Replace each pad as soon as it loses its absorbency to maximize the therapeutic benefits. The replacement scent pads are sold separately in packs of ten. Very happy until started obnoxious loud fan sound
I love this little drop of good smells a lot but recently started to become very loud and not sure if the fan is going out on it or what but it’s annoying to say the least and runs through pads very quickly. But I will say I’m sad I’m not going to be able to use it much longer due to the noise it’s beginning to become too noisy while baby is trying to sleep.

Very distracting
The defuser itself works good, however, the lights on this product are very annoying and distracting. You can't shut them off or keep it on one color. It's worth paying more and purchase one that has no lights.

Perfect Size & Excellent Customer Service!
I have been using my diffuser for over a year and it still works great. It is a good size to place on a desk or nightstand. Had issues with my power cord, and customer service was very helpful! Definitely recommend!

Great Diffuser/ Great Price
This is a great little machine. Normally, I light scented candles to provide a warm aromatic atmosphere to my home, but candles can get very expensive and in the summer give off additional heat that WE DO NOT NEED DURING THE SUMMER TIME down south. This diffuser gives off the perfect amount of scent without the excess heat from a flame. I love that it lights up and the rainbow of colors that rotate while diffusing. This is one great little purchase and well worth the small price I paid for it. I ordered the orange oil when I ordered the diffuser. My husband didn't comment on the scent when he entered the room, but after being in here for about ten minutes asked if we had any orange juice, he suddenly had a craving!!! LOL!! Y'all have scented my home and have my husband craving Vitamin C, all in one little purchase. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!! Now I can't wait to try other scents in it. I highly recommend this product.

Works nicely, for the cheap model
I received this as a gift and was excited to try it. Notes from first use: I thought it was USB rechargeable, but it needs to be plugged in to operate, so you need to be able to place it somewhere a USB can be plugged. The colored light is cute -- it's soft and not obnoxious. However, it would be nice if you could stop it on one color. The rainbow can be a little too cutesy and not fit in your décor. It disperses the scent nicely! Does what you expect and fills a room with a subtle scent. It is fan-powered and not a humidifier like other models. The fan is quiet and, for me, is the perfect volume to have near bed as white noise. 4 stars because it works perfectly and quietly, but looks a little cheap/childish, and needs to remain plugged in.

Convenient no water needed diffuser
This diffuser is convenient to ise because no water is needed. I was surprised at how well it gets the aroma in the air.
