As a therapist, I frequently incorporate this tool into my sessions with clients, and it’s become a surprisingly effective support or nervous system regulation and grounding. The essential oils are very subtlemaking them ideal for individuals who are sensitive to strong scent It's a calming fidget with a soothing tactile feel. I love that it engages multiple senses at once and helps create a warm, inviting atmosphere for both children and adults, which is a big win in a therapy setting. This set includes two stones, and and essential oil. I’ve appreciated the design and sensory experience of both. Each stone comes with its own wristband, and the band flips open to reveal a small compartment where a few drops of essential oil can be applied directly to the stone insert. The oil stays contained, so there’s no oily residue on skin or clothing, and the scent remains very subtle—present enough to be grounding, but never overpowering. A tiny amount goes a long way; even a single small drop applied sparingly can last quite a while, which makes it both practical and economical for ongoing use.

It’s ok as a fidget but the oil that goes with it does not smell good at all. It’s not like other essential oils that smell calming. The scents from this brand seem really cheap and smell awful.

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter and she loves it! From the size, to the wrist lanyard to carry them around and the scents that were picked out. Very pleased with this product.

As someone that loves essential oils and fidgets I wanted to love this, but ended up returning it. It’s nice as an idea but it just doesn’t execute well. I didn’t love the scent, the base is essential oil but then it has some artificial fragrance. The fidgets themselves are pretty noisy when using, which bothered me, and then once you put the oil on the stone and then close the fidget it covers up the scent, so I just didn’t understand the design.

They aren’t the smoothest fidgets but I love the essential oil component. The focus scent made my head hurt but I used my own scents and I love it

I like the product, but after I added the essential oils, the smell transfers to my hand. I will be removing the disc with the oil on it.

I recently discovered these and they're amazing. Especially the one with the roller balls I find so satisfying to hold. Just a few drops of essential oil and this thing will hold its scent for a long time, just flip it open and it gives off a lovely aroma. I like to tie the lanyard around my beltloop so it can fall in my pocket and I can reach for it anytime. I've always either got a vape in my hand or constantly twirling my hair and this really helps with those habits. Everyone I've shown it to loves it and I'm planning on buying more to give as gifts to friends and family. Really an amazing fidget toy for adults/scent diffuser.

Love the stones but smell of focus oil was awful. It almost made me nauseous.

So disappointed to open the package discover one stone and both lanyards were missing.

I like the fidget spinners but the scent def smells like artificial green apple not crisp mountain air and mine did not include a lanyard.

My brain LOVES THIS sooooooo good wow I can’t believe something like this was made feels like it’s exactly for me wowowow going to buy all the lifelines products lol! It’s so relaxing and the textures and scents are wonderful

These immediately intrigued me when they first came out, but I was really turned off by the fact that they were plastic, which does not seem grounding. I’m also picky about essential oils and did not have high hopes or expectations for the one included. I’ve been increasingly sensory seeking lately so I finally got the set. I seem to be in the minority in that I really enjoy the rollerball one and not so much the figure 8, which I was going to give to my friend but my daughter also loves. I use my own essential oils and I love using it. I roll it on my skin or rub my fingers on it and love the aromatherapy aspect. It really helps to distract from things that usually make me anxious. I still don’t love that it’s plastic (thankfully the roller balls aren’t) but I acknowledge that it lends to increased durability. I also would enjoy one that was colorful, but not childish looking. I think a soft silicone cover would be a nice addition to cover the hard plastic part, and would provide color ☺️

I LOVE the figure 8 grounding stone in this pack but I really, really don’t like the ball roller one. It feels and sounds HORRIBLE. $20 is kind of expensive for just one fidget toy in my opinion but I like the figure 8 one so much that I’m keeping it. I do like that they’re a neutral grey instead of the brightly colored ones for kids. I’m not so embarrassed to use these in the office. The essential oil it comes with is fine but not my favorite.

I wish this had a real stone feel but overall I like it a lot, it’s relaxing to calm my anxiety and other disorders. I use aromatherapy a lot to better my mood and relaxing, this is nice to have if anyone around has a sensitivity to scents, this keeps the scent in one place.

the fidgets themselves are great. keeps me from scrolling my phone while i’m watching tv. the essential oil smells like bathroom cleaner.

Great concept, but concept could use a little more work, and I say this in the nicest way possible. I did not know that Melissa from the beloved Melissa & Doug Toys created Lifelines! That is super cool! The two swivel stones are actually well-made and feel like good quality. The roller balls on the one stone could be smoother. They give me goosebumps and feel and sound like you are rolling balls against a glass nail file. The lanyard comes unattached and is easy to thread through the stone, however, you need a pen or fine point to push it down into the hook and it does not stay down. It comes undone after a while of use (at least mine does). I did not like the Crisp Mountain Air scent at all for an essential oil. The instructions say that it is supposed to smell like rain showers, dewy hillsides, and morning fog and is a blend of cornmint, peony, and apple. It does not give me this vibe AT ALL. It smells 100% like a freshly cut green apple. It is not a bad scent, but for me, the purpose of a sensory, essential oil stone is to calm my anxiety and nerves and focus my mind. I do not wanna be smelling green apple! Apple does not put my mind at ease! Overall, I will still be using these stones, but I will use my other essential oils from other brands with these stones and I might superglue the lanyard. Melissa, I appreciate you addressing our need for products like these! It just needs a bit of tweaking!

I love the concept. The fidget part and being able to add essential oil is great. I like the dispenser style bottle of essential oil. I hate the scent though. It's got one essential oil in it & the other ingredients are "natural fragrance." I definitely will not be using the "oil" it came with. It's overpowering and made my head hurt. Thankfully I didn't put the oil on the rocks.

I tend to pick at my nails and cuticles when I get bored and I wanted something to keep my hands busy. This set was almost perfect! The grounding stones are great...I love the option of straps, they are really nice to hold and weighted just right. My only issue is with the essential oil. It makes my eyes water and nose burn. It is a weird mix of menthol, pine and flower. I hope it eventually wears off so I can use something different. I do have to mention that the essential oil bottle does have a neat cap so you can just press it and it will release one drop at a time.
