I have purchased Lifeline plant diffuser and the item has not been holding a charge. I reached out to customer support twice and no one is responding. I would not buy this product, its better ones to buy.

Overpriced Disposable
Fragrance is great. Easy to use. I could never find a refill in stores, they are only available online in assorted fragrance. That worked out for me since by the time I got to my second fragrance the unit will not charge. It lasted less than six months and haven’t been able to use it since.

Stopped diffusing after just a few months
Stopped working after a few months. Only had it since December and it’s been broken for about two months. Motor runs but no longer diffuses the essential oil that came with the diffuser. Went to the website and selected contact us but haven’t received a response. So much potential yet so disappointing.

No clear directions and no refills available
Bought this product because the scent Calm (Bergamont & Vanilla) smelled so good it really made me invest in this product. I spent over $100 dollars buying the diffusers and what I thought were refills. Unfortunately the directions are not clear, I was unaware that you cannot use the single bottles they sell at target with the diffusers. So they do not sell any refills at Target. Again strange they have all those items but no refills to buy. I went on the company website and it looks nice but is not user friendly. Whoever designed it cared more about the appearnce than they did they explanation of the products to the consumer. I will be returning all of this to Target first thing in the morning. My experience on this product is they spent a lot of time and effort on the apperance and not so much on the directions. Little tip for the seller and creators, maybe make it easier for the consumers by providing product explanations. The scent and product smell and look great but thats where it stops, very disappointing!

Great option for adding scent with a decorative touch
I’m not a fan of fake plants, but this is an awesome idea for a teen’s room! My kids love this. It’s nice looking, easy to use, fits any decor, and covers up the “teen smell”. They like being able to pick the different scents. Also, the company’s customer service is great! Highly recommended!

Refills?!
Where do we find refills? Product is nice but if you can't refill the propietary oil bottle, what's the point? Your website says Target, Amazon, and Macys carry the product but they are all sold out. The item would be a 5/5 if you could use it for more than the one scent it comes with.

Kinda ugly
Those who say it looks real are lying lol. The one I received had so many sparse area you could see the plastic stems. It smells nice though but very subtle perfect for smaller rooms like a bathroom but it does look very very plastic. Maybe if the pot was ceramic it would be better looking

One-time use: no refills available
I bought several Lifelines waterless diffusers as Christmas gifts. I now find out there are NO REFILLS AVAILABLE. I saw posts from Lifelines dating back to August saying the refills are coming “any day now”. It’s been four months, so I think the refills are not coming. These are basically ONE-TIME USE items.

I love that it is rechargeable, you just pop in the ClickWick essential oil blend, set the intensity, turn on the power button and it will deliver 8 hours of active diffusion followed by 16 hours of rest mode, for 20 days continuously on a single charge. I highly recommend it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This diffuser is perfect to keep on an end table or anywhere you need to add a little decor to your home. It’s very aesthetically pleasing. The scent of the essential oils is strong, and the rosemary lemon that it comes with is a clean, crisp, herbal scent. It isn’t a constant stream of mist like with traditional diffusers. Instead, it pushes out a burst of scent every few minutes. The scents that are offered for refills are very limited and they are all herbal scents. I hope in the future, they add more scents. This brand has a lot of really great scent blends but they’re not comparable with this diffuser.
