Q: How do you control the mist

A: Air Wick Essential Mist Diffuser works by transforming natural essential oils into a gentle, fragrant mist and is ideal for medium to large-sized rooms. The dial on the front controls the intensity and frequency of mist for a room that is fragranced just right, no matter its size. The device will run for an 8 hour cycle, releasing puffs of mist regularly, then go into standby until next day (for 16 hours) and then start again. This is to conserve power and fragrance oil until it's needed again.

A: No, testing has not been done on any other fragrances or refills other than those designed and created by AirWick®, therefore it is not advised to use other refills with this device.

A: The device requires 3 AA batteries to operate. We do not recommend zinc-carbon batteries or rechargeable ones as these may not have enough power to operate your device.

A: Air Wick Essential Mist works in a cycle. For 8 hours it releases bursts of fragrance in intervals depending on the intensity setting, and the blue LED flashes in every 4-6 seconds during spray. It is then off for 16 hours. If you would like to change the interval setting to release fragrance more frequently, you can adjust this setting. The device repeats this 8-hour on/16-hour off cycle continuously. We hope this information helps!

My air wick stopped working after the 3rd refill. The blue light comes on but no scent comes out. I replaced it and still the same with the replaced air wicks. Not happy with this product.

This is by far one of the most refreshing scents on the market. It’s a favorite in our home. Also, the only one I can tolerate. Other scents leave me feeling sick and or dizzy. But the smell of white sage and mahogany just hits different. I’m the only female in our home out of our family of 6. So this scent really helps mask the scent of men and boys, not to mention a kitty. This particular scent, helps cover up all that funk that comes with all of that. This scent is s a middle ground between a feminine scent and masculine one. For me it’s a big win! I’ve received so many compliments from guests and have even gotten them to switch from glade gain plug-in scent to this particular scent! Please whatever you do don’t get rid of it. Otherwise it’ll be forced to find a different company to do business with. Because, your other scents are not for our family and quite honestly you really hit the nail on the head with this one! It lasts a very long time. Smells great and this makes me one happy Mama! Budget friendly!!

The scent release isn’t frequent enough for me. It fills a whole room? WHERE? I truly wish I would’ve did more research, the reviews were so good I ran not walked to get 2 for both bedroom big mistake. My air wick automatic sprays are way more superior than this diffuser. What a waste to 26.00. Running for 8 hours and shutting off for 16 is wild crazy. 2/10. The scent is beautiful but I need to come home and smell the scent and I don’t. I’ve had both units for almost a week on the highest settings and it’s not giving what it calling to give.

I purchased one and was so happy with product I purchased another 2. All was ok until i changed the refills. New batteries. The light comes on and NO MIST!!!!!!!. Contacted Airwick for any advise - no reply!!!!! Only 1 works and that struggles emitting the mist.

I’m so in love with the scent. Your other scents do not compare. It’s so beautifully subtle. Not floral but not too masculine. I’ve purchased 6 of the starter kits with an included bottle of mahogany and sage. Then cannot find refills. I’ve scoured the Internet, searching to No avail. It’s hard to give a 5star review bc if this.

I waited for a while before I decided to give it a try and it worked great at first. Once I replaced it with a refill it has not worked since. The blue light comes on but nothing comes out. I have changed out batteries and bought another refill just incase the one I had purchased had a defect, but stull nothing. I guess I will go back to tge wall plugs, those have never failed.

Listen the diffuser is great but it eats up 3 AA batteries pretty quickly. I'd love to see a version that has the open of being plug in, none of the plug in systems are anywhere close to this diffuser. I think the option of battery or power cable would be ideal. The scents are fantastic, people love the look of it and buy one just based on how it works in my office.
