Description

Express yourself with Glade Automatic Spray Holder. Glade air freshener fragrance is crafted by master perfumers. Pick a fragrance and switch things up with automatic air freshener dispenser. Open the unit by squeezing the ribs on the side while pulling sides of holder apart. Insert Glade automatic spray refill and choose the time setting to release fragrance. This automatic air freshener spray gives a fresh burst every 9, 18 or 36 minutes. Surround yourself with room freshener fragrance infused with essential oils and let your air add an extra special personal touch to your decorating.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE: OPERATION: Please read and retain all safety use instructions. TO OPEN UNIT: Press button at top, while pulling sides of holder apart. When unit is open, always make sure the timer is set to OFF position and keep spray nozzle pointed away from face. TO INSERT CAN: Open unit. Pull out red tab to activate batteries. Remove the cap from the can and insert the can with the nozzle facing out. Turn the unit on by selecting your desired time setting in minutes, and close the unit. A spray will occur at the selected time interval. For an instant burst of Glade fragrance anytime, press the boost button on the back of the unit. REPLACING THE BATTERY: Open unit and remove the can to access the batteries. Remove old batteries and replace with two new alkaline batteries. Replace can, set timer, and close unit.

USES: Use in any room where an instant releasing fragrance burst is needed.

WARNINGS: CONTENTS UNDER PRESSURE. Contains propellants. Do not expose to heat or store at temperatures above 120°F. Do not puncture or incinerate container. EYE IRRITANT. Contains acetone. Avoid contact with eyes. FIRST AID: EYES: Immediately rinse eyes with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes. If irritation persists, get medical attention. Do not use in small confined pet areas without adequate ventilation. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.

Q: Does this air freshener come with a scent or do i buy one when i get this?

  • A: From my reading on the information of this product with the intention to buy it, I do believe it is just the Glade Spray Canister itself, along with 2 AA batteries provided in the Spray unit itself. So you would need to buy a Glade Spray Unit (whatever scent you prefer) to put inside of it, remove the tab between the 2 double AA batteries to activate them and it's good to go.

    Be forewarned

    I should have read the reviews before I purchased two of these. They worked great for the first month. Then I put new cans in and neither one has worked since. I've tried everything! Such a waste of money.

    Only worked for a day

    I bought this to take the place of the wall air fresheners because the description appeared a better solution for a consistent fragrance. The sprayer only worked for one day and now I hear what should be the fragrance spraying but there isn’t any.

    Great scents/poor dispenser quality

    I bought this spray unit a couple months ago and when the spray can emptied, the dispenser started to struggle pressing the can. I wasn’t able to catch the empty can in time to replace it, but now the dispenser can’t fully depress the new can when I put a new can in. The quality just isn’t there now. I wish there were alternative dispensers so I don’t have to spray rooms myself. I’d like to come home from work or vacation to a glade smelling house. The automatic dispenser has been fired from its job for poor performance. Lack of consistency.

    Initial purchase

    I bought the automatic spray holder this week. I thought it would have one refill can to get you started but it does not. Now I have to go back to store to buy can. Box says two batteries included. No batteries included unless they are already installed. Instructions say open unit to access batteries. No instructions on how to open the unit where batteries located. Holder does not give clear signs on how to open to replace battery.

    Dissatisfied

    Can stopped plunging the head of the can . It stop dispensing, can is full however no spray . Plunger doesn’t seem to press hard enough to dispense spray . This is the second one , very disappointed!

    Good until it quits working a week later

    6 of the 8 I bought are already not spraying any more because the lever that pushes the spray down doesn’t push it down all the way. So now I have waisted a ton of money on these and spray that I can’t use.

    I have purchased 4 of these dispensers, returned the first two cause they did not work. Got 2 more and they have already quit working after just a couple of months. Will not buy again. They also go thru batteries like water. I am 5th generation in Racine, WI and extremely disappointed that Johnson's represents my home town with their initial establishment in Racine. If you are going to produce cheap/defective products take Racine's name off your packaging.

    Can't get it open

    The design of the Spray Holder is not at all good for a lot of women whose hands are not wide enough to grasp the two sides to open it. The width of my hand is short and there is no way I can grasp both sides at the same time. How about moving it a little higher on the device where the diameter is less wide. Everyone doesn't have a hand wide enough to open it. I either have to wait for a family member to open it or wedge it on the side of the sink and press the other side. Refill caps are also hard to get off for the same reason too wide...

    Junk after a couple weeks

    Love it. But Sad

    The sprayer stopped spraying. Love the product. Love the scents. But the sprayer stopped spraying and now have to buy new ones again. This is becoming a recurring issue. I have 3 as of now. And all have stopped spraying. It tries but no luck.
