Q: How long do each of the warmers last before requiring replacement? I noticed mine only lasted twice.

A: While it is safe to use Air Wick Scented Oils around pets, like all air fresheners, pets that are sensitive to fragrances should not be exposed. Air Wick Scented Oils should also be placed in a well-ventilated area and used according to label directions.

I bougth these to replace my other warmers. I'm a little disappointed they don't last longer without getting guncked up. If you don't replace them, you can't smell the scented oil freshener.

Each Air Wick Scented Oil when used on the lowest setting for 24 hours per day, dispenses up to 60 days of our natural essential oil fragrance. The bottle may appear empty for the last few days of the life of the fragrance, but the wick will still be saturated with fragrance which will evaporate into the room in the normal way. It’s easy to change the amount that’s dispersed in the air. It also pivots so I can still use the other receptacle. It is also super simple to place the cartridge in, it just slides in and out. Helps my house smell wonderful.

Together with the oils, one of them LEAKED!! It leaked down below the other plugged in outlet. I am upset that I spent money on a product that is potentially dangerous and/or will destroy my other items that are plugged in below. I noticed it before but I didnt think it would be that much it ruined the tag that attached to one of my lamps.

Thanks for reaching out. We are sorry to hear of your experience using Air Wick Scented Oil Refills. If the device is plugged in correctly- not upside down or sideways, the oil will not leak. It is important to plug the device in the upright position, so the refill bottle is on the bottom of the device when plugged into the wall.
