Love it but the remote is not working
I really would like to love this candle but the remote control is defective. I returened my first purchase and got another one in hopes that the remote would finally work. Well it did....for a day. A part of me wants to return it and get another one but it seems like a "shame on me if you fool me once and shame on me if you fool me twice" moment. Anyhow, It's a good diffuser, with good features, too bad you cant fully enjoy it because the remote is not working. Would love to be able to change the sound level of the ambient noise.

Good diffuser but remote sucks
This diffuser works well and is easy to operate but the remote sucks. It was impossible to take the plastic battery buffer out and then once we finally got the casing open to the battery it was impossible to get it back on. Luckily you can manually operate the diffuser but we ended up tossing the remote.

I recently purchased this larger diffuser after purchasing the smaller one and loving it. Since purchasing the larger one I’ve noticed it only diffuses for 15 minutes or so then it stops. It still bubbles inside but as far as diffusing, nothing! .. I’ve tried turning it off then back on, cleaning the inside, warmer water, different oils. All the same outcome. I absolutely loved this one so much but unfortunately it’s coming to a point of being replaced

Poor Quality
Very disappointed the remote doesn't work (yes, I read the directions AND replaced the battery). After two uses, the power of the diffuser declined significantly and hardly any steam comes out. Without the remote, I can't adjust the blaring volume of the sounds so I can't use that feature either. Wish I had kept my receipt and box so I could return. Waste of $45 will be buying a different diffuser ASAP

Remote control is bad
There is no reason whatsoever to make removing the plastic battery protection film this difficult. It’s not even that difficult to remove a kids battery cover from toys and those things can be dangerous for kids! Good looking diffuser but a terrible remote control.
