A: Oils are a classification of hydrophobic chemicals. No oil is water soluble - that's why vinaigrette dressing separates. To dilute essential oils you need a carrier oil.

it smells like Vicks and dropper doesn't drop, it just pours out half the bottle...if you like the smell of Vicks and want to use the whole bottle at once then get this!
