Q: Can I recycle the bottles and add my own essential oils to use with the diffuser ?
A: Yes. I did that. You just have to play with the water/oil ratios with the tiny bottle.
submitted byspoissant91 - 11 months agoA: That's what I did since currently refills are not available anywhere online. I would not recommend diluting your oil with water however as this is a waterless diffuser, use a carrier oil.
submitted byDebG - 9 months agoA: You kind of have to. It requires a click wick and I have been unable to find a lifelines click wick bottle or refill. Not sure why they offer something that either isn’t made or it isn’t sold on Target. Emailed customer service at Lifelines and no response back.

We love to hear how our customers use our tools creatively, however we have not tested this so are not sure how well it would work. Our ClickWick Essential Oil Blends are specially formulated to work in our ClickWick designed diffusers (Candle, Planter and Shower Diffusers) which do not require adding the Essential Oil Blends to water, a very convenient feature!) We currently have a few blends to choose from, and are creating more! We welcome suggestions on aromas you wish to have available in the future. Q: Does the candle come with a cord and charger?
A: Yes it comes with a two piece cord to plug in to charge it.

Q: Does the candle diffuser emit scent passively when the mist is not seen? Also, what is the difference between intensity settings? Is it a change in the amount of mist or the duration between mists?
A: Thank you for such great questions Lucas! The Lifelines Candle Diffuser emits a puff of "mist" or "smoke" periodically depending on the setting. The higher the setting the more frequently the mists come out. The lower, the less frequent the noticeable mist will come out. But you are correct there is more of a continuous diffusion going on even with the mist is not actively seen!

Q: Can this be used for a home entry. Will the scent be noticeable?
A: Yes, you absolutely can use our diffusers in your home entry. The scent is designed to be noticeable, but not overwhelming. In an open space like an entryway, you’ll enjoy a gentle, inviting aroma that lingers as people come and go. If your entry is smaller or more enclosed, the scent may feel a little stronger, and in a larger, open-concept space, it will be softer but still noticeable. Q: How long do the oils last if you set it on low?
A: Thanks for asking about our Lifelines Flameless Candle Diffuser and ClickWick Oil Blends. A single bottle can last up to 45 days in the Candle diffuser, depending on how often you have it running. Q: The candle light doesn’t stay on. How do I get the candle to stay on? It’s fully charged and I think diffusing oil but then the light goes out

Q: Mine is not charging, it's completely dead. What do I do? I changed the outlets, made sure it's plugged in all the way. Please advise.

Q: Is there automatic shut off? If you forget to “blow it” out ?
A: Thank you for asking about our Candle Diffuser. Yes the Lifelines Candle Diffuser automatically turns off if you leave it on. This happens after about 6 hours if you do not manually cover it, blow it out, or turn it off with the bottom button. Enjoy!

Q: If it’s flameless, why do you have to blow it out? I don’t understand.
A: Hi Isabella thank you for asking about our Flameless Candle Diffuser. Its a great question! We have an added Bonus feature to our Diffuser to make it more "Candle" like where you can choose to blow it out if you like! Along with the occasional smoke-like mist that emits from the Candle Diffuser as it diffuses aroma. You may chose to turn it off my covering it with the top, or pressing the on/off button on the underside of the unit too! Whatever your preference. Enjoy!
