Q: Can the "5pk aromatherapy clickwick refill" be used in the candle
A: Thank you so much for your question Dunno—I’m so glad you’re exploring our Candle Diffusers and ClickWick refills! We have 3 different 4pk Aromatherapy ClickWick Refills, which are absolutely compatible with the Ribbed Olive Flameless Candle Diffuser. These ClickWick refills are specially designed for our waterless diffusers, including both the Candle and Plant Diffuser models. Each ClickWick bottle is pre-filled and easy to pop in and out—no mess, no water needed. We do have a few 5 Pack Oil sets but those are Pump Caps - our Pump Cap line, which is meant for water/mist diffusers like our Waves Ultrasonic, Cloud, or Stacking Stones diffusers. If you’re ever unsure, the key term to look for is "ClickWick" on the packaging. That’s what makes it compatible with the Candle Diffuser. Q: Can this use any essential oil?
A: Thank you so much for reaching out with this great question Dannie! The Lifelines Ribbed Olive Flameless Candle Diffuser is designed to be used only with our ClickWick Essential Oil Blends. These are specially formulated and packaged in a custom bottle with a unique wick and cap system that fits directly into the diffuser. Using other essential oils—even if they seem similar—can interfere with the way the diffuser functions and may prevent it from misting properly or even damage the unit over time. So while we totally understand the desire to use other oils, for best performance and to keep your diffuser in great shape, we recommend sticking with our ClickWick refills. Q: can other brands of essential oils be used with this?
A: Thank you for asking about our Lifelines Olive Ribbed Candle Diffuser DD! That's a great question. The Lifelines Flameless Candle Diffusers are specially designed to work with our unique ClickWick essential oil bottles and oil blends. These bottles have a custom shape and wick system that fits snugly into the diffuser and allows it to function properly and the oils themselves are specifically formulated to work optimally in these waterless diffusers—so other brands’ bottles unfortunately won’t be compatible.
