Pura Home Mini Smart Fragrance Diffuser

A: The other answer is incorrect. It says “includes 1 Pura Mini smart fragrance diffuser” on the box. This is my second box where it came without one. I feel like people are taking the scent samples out and stealing them.

A: I totally thought I was supposed to have one and there was nothing in the box lol I’m like somebody steal these

A: It does not. The box says “Includes 1 Pura Mini smart fragrance diffuser.” Which is the device in the box.

A: Diffusers and fragrances are sold separately. The small white box is included in case you'd like to add a fragrance and give it as a gift.

A: The back of the box clearly says “includes 1 pura mini smart fragrance diffuser” so yes it should come with one. The other answer is wrong. Mine came without one as well.

A: No it doesn't. I expect it but there was a just small empty box.

A: It does NOT come with a fragrance. The back of the box says “includes 1 Pura Mini smart fragrance diffuser” which is the actual diffuser in the box; it is called a smart fragrance diffuser. If it contained a fragrance the back would say 1 diffuser and 1 smart scent/fragrance refill.

A: Hi Amyd! The Pura Home Mini holds one fragrance vial at a time. It's designed for smaller spaces like bathrooms, offices, and pantries. If you have any other questions, our team is happy to help at support@pura.com.

A: Hi there! The Pura Home Mini is designed for properly functioning 120-volt outlets in the US and Canada, and our diffusers are ETL certified to the same standard as UL. If you have questions about your setup, our team is happy to help at support@pura.com.

A: Great question! The Pura Home Mini is device-only, so fragrance vials are sold separately. Thanks for asking!

A: Great question! Most Pura diffusers connect over 2.4GHz WiFi since that frequency travels farther and holds up better through walls, so the Pura Home Mini specifically doesn't support 5G networks. If having 5G or mesh WiFi compatibility is important to you, the good news is our newest device, the Pura Home, does support 5G, 2.4G, and mesh networks. It's designed for medium sized rooms and would be a great option if that flexibility matters for your home setup.

A: Great question! You don't need a subscription to use the Pura Mini. You can purchase fragrance vials individually whenever you'd like. That said, subscribing does let you save on vials and have them arrive automatically, so it's a nice option if you know you'll want a steady supply, but it's completely optional.

A: I would love to help clarify this for you! It is a great question, as I know how tempting it is to want to use your favorite essential oils everywhere. To ensure you have the best experience possible, we don't recommend putting pure essential oils or unsupported liquids into your Pura Mini. Our devices and fragrance vials are specifically engineered to work together. Because our scents undergo rigorous testing for safety and performance within the diffuser, we can't guarantee how the device would react to other oils. Using unsupported items could potentially damage the internal components or affect the scent quality you expect from Pura.

A: I completely understand the desire to take those amazing scents on the go. There is nothing like a favorite fragrance to make a commute feel a lot more like a spa day. While the Pura Mini is a homebody designed specifically for standard wall outlets and home Wi-Fi, I have some great news for your travels! We actually created the Pura Car specifically for your vehicle. It is a sleek, motion activated device that fits perfectly in your car and uses our high quality fragrances to keep your drive smelling incredible without needing a home outlet. Feel free to look for more information on our store's website.

A: You actually can put your Pura device into a manual state, which allows you to enjoy your favorite scents without being connected to Wi-Fi. While it is definitely an option, we still highly recommend staying connected whenever possible. Being on Wi-Fi ensures your device stays up to date with the latest software and gives you the full experience of controlling everything right from your phone. I hope this helps you get your home smelling amazing! Let me know if you need anything else.

A: Yes, the Pura Mini is designed to fit into any standard wall outlet. The plug on the back of the device can rotate 90 degrees, allowing you to adjust it for both vertical and horizontal sockets. This ensures your fragrance vials stay upright and secure regardless of how your home is wired.
