Q: How do I use this? It came with no instructions. I added drop of oil to the top, but I see a photo with someone pouring water? Am I supposed to add water? Where do I add the water? How much water?
A: Hello Krys. I am sorry that your Stacking Stones Diffuser did not come with instructions. You can email us at Care@Lifelines.com if you have not already to receive a copy. The unit does need water to turn on (in addition to adding Essential Oil Blend) you can add water into the top of the unit as well as to the base along with the Oil Blend. A couple of drops, more or less of the oil blend depending on the strength of aroma you are looking to experience.

Q: i got this same diffuser and for some reason i set the timer to 8 hours and it automatically shuts off after 10 minutes. the water level is to where its supposed to and it just keeps shutting off.

Q: Does this diffuser need to be charged before using?
A: Hello LL! Great question - the Lifelines Stacking Stones Diffuser is not battery operated, it actually requires a constant plug in/power source using the original power cable it comes with. Any other questions feel free to email us at Care@Lifelines.com! Happy Diffusing!

Q: I love love this diffuser. I've been switching the oil fragrances in this diffuser and now they don't smell so good... kind of all mixed up... almost rancid at times. How can I clean this diffuser? You can't see the oscillating disc. Thank you.
A: Hi SilviaRuth thank you so much for your recent purchase of our Stacking Stones Diffuser - we are thrilled to hear you love it as much as we do!! So sorry to hear that the oils are getting mixed up as you switch them out, but not to worry, we have a fix for that! Please try to the following steps for cleaning your Lifelines Stacking Stones Diffuser and it should help clear out the previous oil aromas: - Unplug device and remove stack of stones by twisting counterclockwise. - Wipe diffuser bowl clean with a paper towel. Be gentle! Do not use cleaning chemicals or soaps. - You can rinse stones under water but do not submerge entire unit in water to prevent damage to internal components. Once you remove the Stack of Stones you will be able to see the Oscillating disc. If you have more questions please feel welcome to reach out to us at Care@Lifelines.com Happy Diffusing :)
