Bad product. Spurts water all over the counter every time and has from the beginning. I kept thinking I was doing something wrong, but I’m not. This is a simple device to use or at least it should be. Wherever I put it, no matter how little or much or what amount of water I use, it makes a big mess. Do not buy.

My first diffuser & I love it!
Started to mist a few seconds after pushing the on button. For $15 it’s a great deal and makes my room smell amazing with lemon oil. It makes drip sounds but not loud or annoying at all. Makes a great gift too!

If your diffuser isn’t turning on, try checking that the power adapter is fully plugged into both the unit and a grounded wall outlet. If that doesn’t help, cleaning the atomizer and mist outlet with a cotton swab dipped in alcohol may help if there's any buildup. Also, make sure it's not overfilled past the max fill line. Waste of time and money
I drove to buy this cute diffuser, when i got home and set it up, it wont work! Trouble shoot, nothing! What a waste of time and money! Now i have to go back and return it.

Does Not Work
I put this all together & tried it out when I got home from the store, but it never once worked the fan won't even come on. I do not recommend this item.

Disappointed
This is our fourth Threshold diffuser. We’ve loved all of our other ones and we were excited to get this cute, small diffuser for our guest room. For some reason this diffuser has two separate lids, and the mist cannot make it through either one. I’ve tried using my diffuser with both lids, and with one lid at a time. It does nothing. When I lift the lid mist comes out so I know it’s making it but it just stays inside the machine. I’m very disappointed.
