It works u have to give it a good charge first tho idk why people are having issues I suffer from anxiety and it helps me a lot it has made my sleep better too maybe people are getting bad defective ones ? :/ but honestly great stuff

Terrible, I hate that this has good reviews from people that were paid for their reviews!! Does not work and I was even scammed enough to think that it was the oil that came with it and I ordered other scents.... Wrong! So annoyed with myself.

Very disappointing that neither one worked for more than a few weeks
It worked great for the first charge, but hasn't held a charge since, and I can't get the replacement bottles anywhere that sells the diffuser, either. It won't work while it's plugged in either, so it is definitely dead. I bought 2 of them at the same time, and neither worked for more than a few weeks. :(

Stick with the glass candle version
I have two of the clear candle versions of this diffuser and I love them. They fill the space with aroma. This one however is useless. It never worked as well as the others and now it makes a sound like it’s working but nothing comes out and it’s too late to return it. Stick with the candles.

Great option for scent with a decorative touch
I’m not a fan of fake plants, but this is an awesome idea for a teen’s room! My kids love this. It’s nice looking, easy to use, fits any decor, and covers up the “teen smell”. They like being able to pick the different scents. Also, the company’s customer service is great! Highly recommended!

Lovely air diffuser!
I am extremely delighted with this product. I looks just like it does on the picture. I gave one to my son, and the other to my daughter as gifts. They both love the look of the product and said that it is extremely easy to use. The plug in oil makes it so much easier than having to add oil and water like you do with traditional diffusers.

Not working
I c harged the diffuser for 2 and a half hours and followed the instructions. It never lit up the full charge bars. (Like it wasn't holding a full charge). When I powered it on, it emitted a puff as it should and it was amazing. I was so excited, however...... It hasn't done it since. It has however flooded the base of the grass/top of the planter with liquid.... It's also flooded underneath the planter. I've double checked the oil glass cannister and it was secured. I can't figure it out, but due to this I wouldn't buy it again or recommend. I love the idea and some of their other products but was hugely disappointed in this item.

Smells Great, Elegant Look!
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received an incentive from Influenster and Lifelines in exchange for my honest product review. I just love this diffuser! The fake plant has such great detail and looks like the real plant. This Diffuser is easy to set up. In the box, I received a charging cable and 1 Clickwick essential oil. Once charged, this will last 20+ days. I inserted the essential oil bottle into the bottom of the stand, adjusted the settings and the wonderful mist scent filled the room. This will be a beautiful addition to my living room, it's classy and brightens up my room with a plant feel. This is such a great idea and I would highly recommend it!
