Q: what all comes in the box? I had mine delivered and it wasnt wrapped in plastic, already felt opened and only had a defuser w/a large gap that felt it should have been holding something.

  • A: Great question! This diffuser comes with just the device itself, the power cord, and a quick start guide. Fragrance vials are sold separately, so if yours arrived without any, that's expected. As for the space you noticed inside the box, that's actually designed to hold a second vial if you order extras, so it's normal for it to feel empty when no additional vials are included. Packaging can vary a little from order to order, so what you're describing does sound like standard packaging for this item. Meh

That's a lot of life lived in my home before I bought it and some scents you cannot get rid or mask (my fellow melanated people know exactly what I'm taking about). Finally found it!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I think I’ve finally found what I was looking for. I have dogs, and while I keep a clean home, when I walk through the door I want to smell good smells only. Bottle diffusers don’t scent a big enough area, candles are only good when you’re home, my Pura is scheduled to run in the morning as I’m waking up and in the afternoon/evening when I’m home for the night and it does a great job.

Pura Home 5 works with 5G

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Recently my internet was upgrade from 2.4 to 5G- the Pura I owned- Pura 4- was nor compatible with 5GSo I had to upgrade. I love my new Pura 5. It is more seamless than my older one. I was disappointed that I had to upgrade because the Pura 4 was not compatible with 5G, but in the end, I'm glad I did.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Love the look of this diffuser- really clean and simple. Looks classy. In general, the fragrances are great. You can really smell it when you are standing right next to it- but it doesn’t fill the whole space and it doesn’t last long. When it’s on, it’s great! But if you leave it on all the time, you run out quickly. But I do love the concept. Wish it lasted longer. A little pricey to purchase so often. The diffuser is super easy to use. The app is mostly self explanatory. Sometimes glitchy or doesn’t save the settings.

Love My Pura

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I’m happy with my Pura devices. It’s a pretty easy set up. I had some issues at one point and had to reconnect both my devices as I lost my ability to access them on the app. I still don’t understand what the issue was and it took a while to fix it. The app was not helpful in troubleshooting it but thankfully YouTube was helpful. Overall, I’m very happy with this product.

Schedule and setting are hard to find
