NONFUNCTIONING NOZZLE
For the love of god, PLEASE quality check the spray nozzles. Mine doesn’t work, and the times it does work, I have to manually push the nozzle up in order to spritz each pump. There are times where it won’t spray at all. I’ve considered switching the fragrance out to a different bottle, but I can’t even unscrew the top off.

Please fix the non-working spray pump issue!! This is a wonderful scent but the pump atomizer does not work after a few pumps! I actually called the corporate office to let them know the Casaluna room sprays are the best but the spray pump fails every time. Just change the bottle to a simple plastic recyclable screw top pump - no need for the stupid fancy glass spray bottle you have now. I can't imagine with all of the negative reviews of the faulty pump you receive and the returns of the product you wouldn't listen to your customers. Excellent product - awful spray bottle!! Please fix it!

Figured out the spray part!!
Figured out the spray part I love the bottle so I purchased it even though the reviews. I started getting frustrated, cause I like the smell and wanted to change it into another bottle. Below the spray part is the collar that is silver. I took it off with jewelry pliers. It sprays perfect I got to keep the pretty bottle and enjoy the scent. I highly doubt anyone’s gonna look that hard at the pump. I would buy again.

Sprayer NEVER WORKS
I love the scent but the sprayer is horrible. I’ve come back over the years to see if it’s improved and it hasn’t. Not worth the hassle of the sprayer or price because of the sprayer!

The spritzer stopped working the first month of use. The cap is welded on so there was no way to try and fix it. The smell is really lovely and refreshing at first but leaves a peculiar musky odor after it lingers in the air post-spray. The latent musky smell that is produced traveled to another room and I thought about a half hour later that there was something rotting in the trash can. Can't recommend this.

The best scent. The worst nozzle. For YEARS.
I’ve been buying this for years because it really is the best light scent, but the mfg HAS to fix the nozzle. Buying them is like playing roulette: you might get one that works but you’re just as likely to get an unusable nozzle, and the top doesn’t screw off, so it’s not like you can just switch the nozzle. Please fix this!! I’m on the hunt for a similar scent from another mfg because I just can not abide the frustration of constantly buying/exhanging.

Defective automizer
Received this item at a “Favorite Things” party. One of my friends loves it so much she bought two to gift. I love the smell but I have defective packaging and therefore cannot say how potent and worth it the product is in terms of longevity and projection.

Love except for the sprayer!
I love the fragrance. I love the bottle design. But that sprayer is horrible and I docked two stars just because of that! The frustration is real! If anyone from the quality team is reading, PLEASE FIX THE SPRAYER!!

Love thks product
I love this room spray. It smells so good & lasts. I spray it on my bed each morning after making my bed. When crawling in bed at night I still smell the spray which I love. It’s not over powering but also not so faint that you don’t notice it. Recommend buying it!
