A: You can add essential oils to your bath water! It is important to first dilute your essential oil with a carrier oil. As essential oils are not water-soluble, they won't disperse into the water in your tub. They float on top and stick to your skin, which might be irritating if not properly diluted.

This oil pours too easily and is pretty much water. I purchased two bottles and am very disappointed. These are not cheap: eight dollars a bottle. The peppermint scent lasted maybe a day in the areas where I sprinkled some of the oil. Also, the product seems like 99% water--most essential oils are semi-viscous and require a little effort for the drops to come out. This oil poured like there was no stopper in the bottle, even though there definitely is a stopper. And it looks like Target no longer carries Na tu re's Tr ut h in their stores, in favor of Ever Spring products. This is a shame because ES does not compare to NT's EOs.

We used to get the other, more costly essential oils but our children were going through a sneezing/stuffy spell so my husband decided to get this to help them with nasal congestion and it seemed to work just fine. We diffused it since we don't do the topical thing. Need to get some more, mixes well with other scents.
